Our Mission
The Civil Liberties Division is dedicated to defending constitutional rights, exposing government corruption, and advocating for justice reform. Founded by January 6 political prisoner Brian Mock, our mission is to ensure accountability in the Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Department of Justice (DOJ), and federal institutions while fighting for due process and civil liberties for all Americans.
We are committed to: ✅ Prison Reform – Holding the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and Department of Justice (DOJ) accountable for violations of the First Step Act (FSA) and the unlawful detention of inmates.
✅ Civil Liberties – Protecting free speech, due process, and fundamental rights against government overreach.
We stand for truth, justice, and accountability—because no American should be persecuted for political beliefs or denied their legal rights. Join us in this fight. 📢 Join the fight. Support the cause. Donate today.

The First Step Act
Designed to give federal inmates a real chance at rehabilitation and early release—
The Bureau of Prisons and DOJ have systematically obstructed it.
White House Call to Action
1. Commutation of all prisoners who have served at least 50% of sentence & are FSA eligible.
2. A full investigation into the implementation fraud and cover-up of the FSA by the BOP & DOJ.
3. Full audit of all FSA funds since its inception in 2018.
4. Congressional panel to describe specifically how the FSA is to be implemented by the BOP, as they have not properly done so to date.
5. Call on Congress to fund the Federal Prison Oversight Act
6. Call to Pam Bondi to arrest & indict AUSA Michael Gordon for conspiracy, fraud, false imprisonment & any other crime her office uncovers.
