FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DOCL to Hold Demonstration at U.S. Capitol on March 27, 2025

Expose DOJ & BOP Corruption | Announce Legal Action on Illegally Detained Federal Prisoners

March 2025 – The Division of Civil Liberties (DOCL), an initiative of the On Your Six Foundation, will hold a demonstration at the U.S. Capitol on March 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM to expose systemic corruption within the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and Department of Justice (DOJ).

DOCL has obtained official documentation proving that the DOJ is aware of—and actively covering up—the illegal prolonged detention of thousands of federal inmates beyond their release dates. These unlawful actions violate the First Step Act and serve as a scheme for financial gain. At the demonstration, DOCL will publicly release this evidence and announce legal action against those responsible.

Who We Are

DOCL was co-founded by Brian Mock, who uncovered this scheme while incarcerated, and Joshua Macias, founder of Veterans for Trump. Adam Villarreal later joined as Co-Chair. Each of them has personally experienced civil rights violations at the hands of federal agencies, fueling their commitment to government accountability and systemic reform.

As part of the On Your Six Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to housing and rehabilitating homeless veterans and individuals affected by government persecution, DOCL recently acquired a 30-acre, multi-building housing complex in Richmond, VA. This facility is set to become the nation’s premier veteran rehabilitation center.
